This RFP is seeking responses from qualified professional engineering and related support Services to assist the Department of Public Health (DPH) and participating Public Water Systems (PWS) in the planning, design, construction, and compliance activities necessary for projects funded under the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Program. There will be additional projects with similar needs funded under the Emerging Contaminants in Small or Disadvantaged Communities (EC-SDC) grant or other DPH drinking water programs. This will be an on-call, indefinite quantity contract(s). No minimum amount of work or compensation is guaranteed.
