Background The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this solicitation for the rehabilitation of underground utilities at Bandelier National Monument in New Mexico. The project aims to update and improve the existing utility infrastructure to support the monument's operations and visitor services. This acquisition is being conducted as an Unrestricted Full and Open Competition, with a magnitude of construction exceeding $10,000,000. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: 1) Rehabilitating underground utilities, which may include water, sewer, electrical, and communication lines; 2) Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations; 3) Providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete the work as specified in the solicitation documents; 4) Completing all work within the designated performance period of 910 calendar days after receiving notice to proceed. Period of Performance The contract performance period is expected to begin within 10 calendar days after award and must be completed within 910 calendar days. Place of Performance The construction projects will be performed at Bandelier National Monument located in New Mexico.
