Background The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) 36C77626R0002 for the EHRM Infrastructure Tier 1 Construction Project at the Clement J. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to complete project 695-21-700, EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades at the Clement J. All work must be completed in a first-class manner as approved by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). The contractor must also coordinate installation methods and resolve any conflicts that arise during construction, ensuring compliance with all contract documents. Period of Performance The period of performance for this contract will begin upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will extend for 1,460 calendar days thereafter.
