Posted: March 25, 2026, 2:17 p.m. EDT The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) requires a contractor to repair and refinish gypsum board ceilings and walls in laboratory, laboratory support, corridors, and ancillary spaces on the second floor of Building 401 at the CDC Ft. Collins campus. The primary work includes covering designated gypsum board ceilings with smooth, white fiberglass reinforced polymer (FRP) panels and trim, installed to match existing installations in the building. The contractor will be responsible for all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary to complete the work, including demolition of delaminated ceiling portions, surface preparation, installation of FRP panels and trim, sealing, and coordination with CDC for phased access to work areas. The project also requires compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations, provision of temporary barriers and dust control, protection and temporary modification of fire protection systems, and coordination of work to minimize disruption to ongoing CDC operations. All work must be performed in accordance with the contract documents, drawings, and specifications provided by the Government.
Completion is required within 180 days after Notice to Proceed.
Offerors must demonstrate at least three years of experience with similar construction and interior finish projects.

The project will be executed in approximately six phases, starting with Select Agent laboratory spaces followed by BSL-3 spaces, ABSL-3 spaces, BSL-2 spaces, and other designated areas.
