Posted: March 25, 2026, 2:17 p.m. EDT The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) requires a contractor to repair and refinish gypsum board ceilings and walls in laboratory, laboratory support, corridors, and ancillary spaces on the second floor of Building 401 at the CDC Ft. Collins campus. The primary work includes covering designated gypsum board ceilings with smooth, white fiberglass reinforced polymer (FRP) panels and trim, installed to match existing installations in the building. The contractor will be responsible for all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary to complete the work, including demolition of delaminated ceiling portions, surface preparation, installation of FRP panels and trim, sealing, and coordination with CDC for phased access to work areas. The project also requires compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations, provision of temporary barriers and dust control, protection and temporary modification of fire protection systems, and coordination of work to minimize disruption to ongoing CDC operations. All work must be performed in accordance with the contract documents, drawings, and specifications provided by the Government.

Minimum Vendor Qualifications
