Background The University of New Mexico (UNM) is seeking a comprehensive software solution for managing residential occupancy and engagement within its Residence Life & Student Housing department. The goal of this contract is to transition from multiple fragmented software platforms to a single, integrated system that enhances operational efficiency, improves data reporting capabilities, and supports strategic decision-making. Work Details The contract involves the provision of the following services and products: 1. **Occupancy & Assignment Management**: Tools for managing applications, room assignments, waitlists, room changes, billing coordination, and reporting related to residential occupancy. 2. **Residence Life Programming & Engagement Tracking**: Modules for documenting student interactions, educational programming, community development initiatives, conduct tracking, and assessment data collection. 3. **Package Management System**: A barcode-based tracking and notification system for student mail and package distribution. 4. **Reporting & Data Analytics**: Customizable reporting capabilities for cross-functional data analysis to support operational decision-making and strategic planning. 5. **Cloud-Based Access & System Hosting**: Secure web-based access with vendor-managed hosting, system maintenance, and data security. 6. **Implementation & Configuration Support**: Assistance with system setup and onboarding to ensure full deployment within three months. 7. **Training & Ongoing Technical Support**: Resources for staff training and customer support services included in the annual subscription.
