Background The University of New Mexico (UNM) is seeking to procure a SaaS analytics and decision support system called Enflux, which is designed to integrate data from various sources. Work Details The contract involves the provision of the Enflux SaaS analytics and decision support system, which includes the following capabilities: - Integration of data from CORE Higher Education Group, Examsoft, Canvas, AACP Curriculum Quality Surveys, NAPLEX, MPJE, and PCOA. - Automated analysis of assessment data. - Enhanced data visualization. - In-depth gap analysis. - Quality reporting. - The patented ActionPlans® feature for documenting, tracking, and evaluating initiatives related to accreditation standards. The system will also provide centralized dashboards for performance tracking at both programmatic and student levels. Period of Performance The term of purchase is from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2029. Place of Performance The services will be performed at the University of New Mexico's College of Pharmacy located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Bidder Requirements The proposed vendor is Estia, Inc., doing business as Enflux.
