Student Transportation Routing & GPS Suite

Portland Public Schools is inviting proposals for a cloud-based student transportation management platform designed to support 7,500 students and 40 buses. The required system must integrate routing, GPS tracking, student ridership, automated fleet maintenance, and comprehensive field trip management into a single interface. Proposals should be submitted as an email attachment to bids@portlandschools.org. The email subject line must include the name of the Bidder, the contract name, and #26087. The deadline for submission is May 15th, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., at which time the proposals will be opened and read. Alternatively, sealed proposals may be submitted by mail or in person to Nicole Levay, Purchasing Manager, at 353 Cumberland Ave, Portland, ME 04101.
