Non-Clinical Case Management - the Vermont Army National Guard (ARNG) requires Medical Case Management Services to achieve and maintain Medical Readiness goals established by the ARNG. This contract consists of three (3) Registered Nurses and (2) two Medical Records Technicians. The Medical Records Technicians and Registered Nurses will have responsibility for implementing administrative decisions directly affecting the care of medical records programs. The aforementioned positions shall assemble, analyze, code, abstract, report, maintain, and extract medical records information. Questions: In order to provide timely responses to all questions, no questions/RFIs will be accepted after 17:00 PM EDT on 21 May 2026.Submittal of Offers: Offers shall be received not later than 17:00 PM EDT on May 26, 2026. Background The Vermont Army National Guard (VTARNG) requires Medical Case Management Services to achieve and maintain Medical Readiness goals. The Department of Defense (DoD) TRICARE Management Activity emphasizes the importance of high-quality care for service members, as outlined in various reports and guides that focus on improving healthcare delivery within the Military Health System (MHS). This contract aims to provide Non-Clinical Case Management Services to promote fitness and personal wellness for operational readiness and deployability of VTARNG service members. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Non-Clinical Case Management Services. The services include: 1. Coordination of care for individual patients, ensuring proper utilization of services and resources. 2. Assistance within, between, and outside of VTARNG facilities. 3. Implementation of administrative decisions affecting the care of medical records programs by Registered Nurses and Medical Records Technicians. 4. Assembling, analyzing, coding, abstracting, reporting, maintaining, and extracting medical records information. The contract consists of three Registered Nurses and two Medical Records Technicians.
