South Pass City State Historic Site Roof Replacements

The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources, Division of State Parks, Historic Sites & Trails, (Procuring Agency) will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on June 4, 2026, through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the South Pass City State Historic Site Roof Replacement project, located in South Pass City, Wyoming. Project Description: This project consists of replacing roofing on three buildings; Williams House, Dance Hall and School. Companies wishing to download plans must have a publicpurchase.com account. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder's responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. A NON-MANDATORY Pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. MT on Friday, May 15, 2026, starting at the Dance Hall Building at 125 Main Street, South Pass City, WY 82520. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 11:00 a.m. MT on May 21, 2026. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. MT on May 28, 2026. Questions received after 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time on May 21, 2026, will not be addressed. Note: All bids must be signed and uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 1:00 p.m. MT on the due date indicated in the document.
