Background The Wyoming National Guard is seeking to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Full Food Services at Camp Guernsey, Wyoming. The goal of this contract is to provide meals upon order while adhering to professional standards established by the USDA, FSIS, and NRA. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to manage and operate a Full Food Service dining facility. Services will be provided daily from 05:30 to 20:00, except on recognized US holidays or during facility closures. Meal service times are Breakfast (06:00-08:00), Lunch (11:00-13:00), and Dinner (17:00-19:00). Uniformed personnel will receive priority service. The contractor must maintain an adequate workforce for uninterrupted service and ensure compliance with sanitation standards. Key tasks include menu planning, food preparation, serving meals, cleaning facilities and equipment, managing inventory, and ensuring quality control through a Quality Control Plan (QCP). The contractor must also manage employee training and maintain records of compliance with health and safety regulations.
