Vault Restroom at Treasure Island, Foote and Meeboer Lake Public Access Areas

The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department (Procuring Agency), will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on May 27, 2026, through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the Vault Restrooms at Treasure Island and Foote Public Access Areas (PAA), located near Saratoga, WY, and Meeboer Lake Public Access Area (PAA), located southwest of Laramie, WY. Project Description: This project entails the removal of up to three (3) existing restroom facilities (cinder block outhouses), the construction of up to three (3) new double pre-cast concrete vault restrooms, and the associated task of on-site delivery, excavation, offloading, and placement at the identified PAA locations, depending on pricing and available funding. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder's responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 1:00 p.m. MT on May 13, 2026. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. MT on May 20, 2026. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on May 13, 2026, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. Note: All bids must be signed and uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 1:00 p.m. on the due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 1:00 p.m. deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process.
