Period of Performance The contractor agrees to complete the work within 30 calendar days from the 'Notice to Proceed' issued by the KDWP Project Manager. Each park will have its own Notice to Proceed, with overlapping timeframes allowed. Place of Performance The work will be performed at El Dorado State Park, Eisenhower State Park, and Crawford State Park in Kansas. Bidder Requirements Bidders must have been in the playground resurfacing business for a minimum of five successive years and must provide verifiable evidence of having completed at least five projects of comparable complexity and scope. A 5% bid guarantee is required along with various certifications including tax clearance, immigration reform compliance, and non-engagement in boycotts against Israel.
