The magnitude of the proposed construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $3,000,000.00. This acquisition is being issued as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. Enter price in Section B. All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged. An organized site visit has been set for 30 April 2026 at 2:00 pm CT. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit, you must have a valid driver's license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Specific instructions are identified in Section L.

Background The contract is issued by the 81st Contracting Squadron at Keesler Air Force Base (AFB) for the replacement of three rooftop Air Handling Units (AHUs) at the Sablich Center. The mission of the agency is to provide support and services to enhance the operational capabilities of the Air Force. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the AHUs are replaced efficiently and in compliance with all relevant specifications and standards. Work Details The contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, supervision, and materials necessary to demolish and replace in kind a total of three rooftop Air Handling Units (AHU) within Sablich Center at Keesler AFB. This includes adherence to the Statement of Work, specifications, and drawings provided in the solicitation. The work must comply with various regulations including environmental standards and safety protocols. Specific tasks include: - Demolition of existing AHUs - Installation of new AHUs - Compliance with safety standards such as PPE requirements - Quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle. Period of Performance The contract will be performed from July 2, 2026, to January 28, 2027.
