Background The CA FLAP SCR T5(1A) Monterey Bay Sanctuary Scenic Trail Mitigation project is initiated by the Federal Highway Administration's Central Federal Lands Division. The goal of this contract is to restore and enhance mitigation sites associated with the Monterey Bay Sanctuary Scenic Trail, which aims to improve environmental conditions and support local ecosystems.
