Background The Department of the Navy, specifically the Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC), is seeking to procure services related to International Organization of Standardization (ISO) 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and Aerospace Standard (AS) 9110 registrations and certifications for depot level activities. The Fleet Readiness Centers (FRCs) are responsible for maintenance, repair, and overhaul of naval aviation assets and require compliance with applicable ISO management system standards to ensure operational effectiveness and safety. Work Details The contractor will provide qualified personnel and technical services to support the FRCs in maintaining their ISO certifications. Key tasks include: - Conducting audits, surveillance, and certification activities across multiple FRC locations. - Ensuring compliance with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 1 requirements. - Supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ISO-based management systems. - Delivering accredited annual internal and lead auditor training for personnel. - Providing detailed reports on audit findings and recommendations for corrective actions. - Collaborating with FRC staff to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and standards. Period of Performance The anticipated period of performance spans from the estimated award date of September 29, 2026, through multiple option years as specified in the contract. Place of Performance The contract work will primarily be performed at various Government sites associated with Fleet Readiness Centers including FRC Southeast (Jacksonville, FL), FRC East (Cherry Point, NC), FRC Southwest (North Island, CA), FRC Mid Atlantic (Norfolk/Oceana, VA), and FRC West (Lemoore, CA).
