Background The Kansas Department of Administration, Office of Procurement and Contracts is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for On Call Fire Sprinkler Inspection and Maintenance services. The agency's mission is to ensure the safety and compliance of fire protection systems across various state facilities. The goal of this contract is to provide timely inspection and maintenance services to ensure that fire sprinkler systems are operational and meet safety standards. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing on-call fire sprinkler inspection and maintenance services statewide. This includes but is not limited to: - Conducting routine inspections - Performing necessary repairs - Ensuring compliance with local fire codes - Maintaining documentation of all services performed. The contractor must have the capability to respond to emergency service requests as needed. Period of Performance The contract period will commence upon award and continue through March 31, 2030. Place of Performance Services will be performed statewide in Kansas at various state facilities as required. Bidder Requirements Bidders must comply with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, provide a current Tax Clearance Certificate, and certify that they are not engaged in a boycott of goods or services from Israel. Additionally, bidders must have a minimum of three years of experience in the industry providing similar services.
