Background The Hawaii Army National Guard’s 298th Multi-Functional Training Regiment (MFTR) has a requirement for comprehensive catering services to support personnel engaged in training. The contract aims to ensure that soldiers and authorized staff receive timely, high-quality, and nutritionally adequate meals during their training periods.
