Background The 298th Multi-Functional Training Regiment (MFTR) in Waimanalo, HI, conducts Army Program for Individual Training (ARPRINT) missions that require a dependable meal solution to support soldiers during their training. The Hawaii Army National Guard has specific nutritional demands due to the rigorous nature of the training. This contract aims to ensure the uninterrupted provision of high-quality, nutritionally adequate meals to all personnel engaged in training, which is critical for maintaining troop morale and operational readiness. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and quality control necessary to deliver hot meals (including drinks) to students attending training at the 298th MFTR. The services include: 1. Providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner for soldiers and authorized staff during the training periods. 2. Adhering to specific nutritional standards as outlined in AR 40-25 and other guidelines. 3. Utilizing Government Furnished equipment and materials as specified. 4. Maintaining a clean and sanitary dining facility environment. 5. Managing food preparation operations including menu planning, serving food, cleaning facilities, and ensuring proper waste disposal. 6. Conducting quality assurance through customer feedback mechanisms and maintaining property accountability for supplies and equipment. Period of Performance The Period of Performance is from 06 February 2025 to 30 May 2025. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at the Dining Facility (DFAC), Building 712, located at 711 Tinker Road, Waimanalo, Hawaii 96795.
