Adhering to specific nutritional standards as outlined in AR 40-25 and other guidelines. 3. Utilizing Government Furnished equipment and materials as specified. 4. Maintaining a clean and sanitary dining facility environment. 5. Managing food preparation operations including menu planning, serving food, cleaning facilities, and ensuring proper waste disposal. 6. Conducting quality assurance through customer feedback mechanisms and maintaining property accountability for supplies and equipment.
