Runway 1/19 (2/20) & Taxiway Apron Pavement Maintenance

Sealed bids are being invited for the construction work at Priest River Airport, specifically for the maintenance of Runway 1/19 (2/20) and the Taxiway Apron. The work includes marking removal, crack sealing, seal coat application, and applying pavement markings. Bids must be submitted to the Bonner County Commissioners at their office until 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, after which they will be publicly opened and read aloud. A PreBid Conference is scheduled to take place virtually on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. via Microsoft Teams. Attendance is recommended but not mandatory. Bidders are required to provide a bid guaranty of 5 percent of the bid amount in the form of cash, cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond. Performance and Payment Bonds will also be required. All bidders must comply with the bid documents and specifications. Bid documents will be available after 3:00 p.m. on April 15, 2026.
