Background The State of Montana, through the State Procurement Services Division (SPSD) on behalf of the Department of Public Health and Human Services, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to engage a contractor for the Montana Tobacco Use Prevention Program’s (MTUPP) ReACT youth engagement program. The goal of this program is to effectively engage youth in tobacco prevention efforts. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for delivering the ReACT youth engagement program, which includes educational materials and services aimed at preventing tobacco use among youth. The specific services to be provided include developing and implementing strategies that resonate with young people, facilitating workshops, and providing resources that support tobacco prevention initiatives.
