This sources sought synopsis is intended to identify potential qualified vendors and determine their size classification under NAICS code 333310 or any other appropriate NAICS code provided in the response. Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses for a solicitation announcement. The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) Veterans Affairs, is seeking sources that can provide USA domestic made Janitorial Carts and Accessories for the Tulsa VA Medical Center. The contractor will be required to provide and deliver equipment as stated in the Statement of Work (SOW). The information identified above is intended to be descriptive, not restrictive, and to indicate the quality of the supplies will be satisfactory. Background The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) is seeking sources that can provide USA domestic made Janitorial Carts and Accessories for the Tulsa VA Medical Center. This requirement arises from the renovation of a non-medical facility to become the new Tulsa VA Medical Center, necessitating the provision of housekeeping and janitorial equipment to support Environmental Management Service (EMS) operations. The goal is to ensure that the contractor supplies all necessary carts, drawers, towers, accessories, and related components in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Work Details The contractor is required to deliver 22 Janitorial Carts and associated accessories as specified in the SOW.
