These services support daily operations at MCBQ ranges, training areas, and other designated locations requiring portable sanitation facilities. The contractor shall provide delivery, placement, servicing, maintenance, and removal of portable chemical toilet units as required to support recurring operational requirements across the installation. Background The Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region - Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO) is seeking to provide portable sanitation units support services for the Materiel Support Branch (MSB), G-4 Logistics Division, Officer Candidate School (OCS), and The Basic School (TBS) at Marine Corps Base Quantico (MCBQ), VA. The goal of this acquisition is to ensure that daily operations at MCBQ ranges, training areas, and other designated locations have access to portable sanitation facilities. This contract will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. Work Details The contractor shall deliver, place, service, maintain, and remove portable chemical toilet units as required to support recurring operational requirements across the installation. Key tasks include: - Providing up to 330 standard portable toilet units and up to 10 portable hand-washing units per year. - Ensuring all deployed units are stabilized, easily accessible, clean, sanitary, and fully operational according to commercial sanitation standards. - Maintaining a constant supply of consumable products such as toilet paper, hand sanitizer, and soap in each unit. - Complying with all Federal, State, and local laws regarding hazardous substances; notifying the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and MCBQ Natural Resources and Environmental Affairs Branch in case of spills; and managing waste disposal in accordance with environmental regulations. - Relocating existing units within 24 hours upon government notification. - Servicing frequency will vary with some units requiring once-per-week servicing while others will require twice-per-week servicing. A monthly status report detailing the number and location of deployed units, maintenance actions performed, and any additional relevant information must be submitted by the contractor. Place of Performance All work shall be performed aboard Marine Corps Base Quantico (MCBQ), VA.
