THIS PROJECT IS BEING SOLICITED AS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 19.5.

DISCLOSURE OF MAGNITUDE

IAW FAR 36.204(F), THIS PROJECT IS EXPECTED TO BE BETWEEN $100,000 AND $250,000. DAVIS BACON WAGE RATES ARE APPLICABLE TO THIS PROJECT. ALL CHANGE ORDERS FOR THE SUBSEQUENT CONTRACT, RESULTING IN AN EQUITABLE ADJUSTMENT, WILL BE DEFINITIZED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROCEDURES OUTLINED IN FAR 43.304. A PRE-SOLICITATION SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD ON FRIDAY, MAY 1, 2026, AT 1:00 PM (EST). ALL INTERESTED PARTIES MUST COMPLETE THE ATTACHED BACKGROUND FORM IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED.
