The City of Cheyenne is conducting a Sealed Bid Surplus Sale of a City-Owned Property located at 3425 Christensen Road, Cheyenne, WY. The Property was appraised at $490,000.00. The City will receive sealed bids for the property, and the award shall be made to the responsive bidder submitting the highest offer. There is not a reserve price / minimum price, however the City reserves the right to reject all bids if an acceptable offer is not received.
