This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation is attached. Solicitation W50S9H26QA017 incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01, dated 13 March 2026. This requirement is set aside 100% Small Business. North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541690 Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services, with a size standard of $19.0 Million. All qualified Small Businesses under this industry are encouraged to submit quotes.
One (1) Job Small Unmanned Aircraft System (sUAS) Mobile Training Team Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). See attached SF 1449 Solicitation and Statement of Work for additional information and CLIN structure. ***Funding is not presently available for the acquisition. No contract award will be made until Congressionally appropriated funding is made available. Contract Award will be in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 - Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Offerors shall be required to return the attached Standard Form 1449 Solicitation, W50S9H26QA017 signed and filled in appropriately as their offer along with any additional information required to be submitted by FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Addendum 1 and any additional fill-in provisions. All contractors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov database prior to submission of quotations in accordance with FAR 4.1102(a). Quotes must include estimated delivery date, SAM Unique ID Number, and Tax Identification number. Pricing must be valid until 1 June 2026.

Offerors are responsible for submitting offers, and any modifications, revisions, or withdrawals, so as to reach the Government office designated in this solicitation by the time specified in the solicitation. Background This solicitation is issued by the U.S. Government for Small Unmanned Aircraft System (sUAS) Mobile Training Team Services, aimed at enhancing the training and operational capabilities of Air Force Special Warfare (AFSW) units. The contract is set aside for 100% small business participation, with the goal of providing specialized training services that align with AFSW mission objectives. Work Details The contractor shall provide sUAS mobile training team services for Sentry North exercises, including: 1. Integration of sUAS into daily AFSW mission schedules and attendance at synchronization meetings to capture operational changes. 2. Conducting FAA drone coordination and providing flight information to exercise staff. 3. Serving as primary sUAS White Cell Leads during exercises, managing scenario injects, and ensuring tactical input supports mission success. 4. Facilitating Large Force Exercises (LFE) with real-time scenario management and ensuring timely execution of events. 5. Preparing and presenting analyses and lessons learned regarding Blue and Red sUAS operations post-exercise. 6. Providing subject matter expert support for integrating sUAS into joint force operations, enhancing threat-based capabilities, and preparing detailed post-mission reports on detection instances by Red Force sUAS. Place of Performance The contract will primarily be performed at Volk Field Combat Readiness Training Center.
