The Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is seeking professional engineering services to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of compliance for facilities and units governed by the DEQ Solid Waste Rule, Chapter 18, as part of the Wyoming Coal Combustion Residuals (CCR) Compliance Evaluation. The scope of work includes: - Performing a detailed and thorough assessment of each facility and unit subject to the rule. - Evaluating 4 facilities, which include 3 landfills and 16 surface impoundments. - Reviewing and considering complex topics relevant to each facility's solid waste permit application.
