Tall Glass of Water Phase II

Bertie County is re-advertising a project to receive bids for the construction of 'Tall Glass of Water Phase II for Bertie County'. Sealed single prime, lump sum bids from qualified licensed contractors will be accepted until the specified bid time and date. The bids must comply with the Instructions to Bidders issued by the Owner. The bid submission deadline is April 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time. Bids should be delivered to Bertie County Government, Tonya Davis, Clerk to the Board, 106 Dundee Street, 2nd Floor, Windsor, NC 27983. The bid opening will take place at the same location in the Commissioners Room on the 1st Floor. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud thereafter. It is recommended that prime bidders visit the project site located at 243 Bal Gra Road, Merry Hill, NC 27957, which is open to the public. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount must be submitted with each bid. No bids may be withdrawn for 60 days after the opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. PDF bid documents will be available from the Architect of Record, Frazier Architecture, after April 12, 2026.
