Contract: ATKINSON MARSH RESTORATION (AOC) PROJECT City of Green Bay, Wisconsin Proposals will be received and accepted ONLY through QuestCDN.com via their electronic VirtuBid (vBid) online bid service until 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at which time they will be opened publicly via Zoom for Public Works Improvement Contract: ATKINSON MARSH RESTORATION (AOC) PROJECT in accordance with the plans therefore, the City of Green Bay Standard Specifications and Construction Standards for Public Works Construction, 2024 Edition, 2025 Edition- Supplemental Standard Specifications, and the special provisions of this contract, all of which are on file in the City Clerk's/Treasurer's Office and the Director of Public Works Office in the Green Bay City Hall. Public may attend the bid opening online.

https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86993407643 The work under this Contract includes placement of approximately 31,262 cubic yards of granular fill for habitat creation, placement of approximately 878 cubic yards of CABC for an unpaved maintenance road with an area for a future paved parking lot for four vehicles, culvert installation, placement of various wildlife habitat structures, signage and gate installation, native vegetation restoration and maintenance, and invasive species management. The project will improve wildlife populations and habitats to address fish and wildlife related Beneficial Use Impairments (BUIs) and support long-term Lower Green Bay and Fox River Area of Concern (AOC) delisting efforts. This project is being partially funded by a grant through the United States Environmental Protection Agency, and therefore Davis Bacon prevailing wage requirements will apply.
