The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New England District is issuing a Presolicitation Notice for South Side Road Paving, Winhall Brook Camping Area, Ball Mountain Lake, South Londonderry, VT. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the following preparation and asphalt installation work within the Winhall Brook Camping Area: Prepare existing gravel surfacing and earthen material within the indicated areas of the turnaround and parking area expansion at the end of the south side access road, to a depth suitable to accommodate new hot mix bituminous concrete pavement. Provide and install new hot mix bituminous concrete pavement within the prepared areas of the turnaround and parking area expansion at the end of the south side access road. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000.
