The vessel must meet the following specifications: - Maximum length overall (LOA) not to exceed 1,000 feet / 305 meters; - Laden draft not to exceed 31.5 feet / 9.6 meters; - Minimum laden speed shall be 13 knots. The cargo includes intended hazardous materials across various hazard classes, with anticipated average TEU and FEU weights projected at 24,500 pounds and maximum weights at 41,000 pounds. The contractor must also provide a minimum of four 20 ft. flat-racks for the return leg and ensure proper segregation of all loaded munitions containers aboard the vessel in compliance with applicable regulations.
