The goal is to establish a contract with a licensed commercial mover to facilitate the relocation of office furniture and surplus items. Work Details The contract involves two phases: - Phase One includes moving furniture and miscellaneous surplus items from 1700 MacCorkle Ave SE, 4th Floor, Charleston, WV 25314, to WV Surplus at 2700 Charles Avenue, Dunbar, WV 25064. - Phase Two involves relocating the agency's primary office furniture and boxes to a new location at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave, 1st Floor, Charleston, WV 25302. The vendor must provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment (including lifts and dollies), and supplies necessary for the move. They are responsible for protecting all areas involved in the move from damage and must ensure that all items are packed securely to prevent damage during transport. All laborers must be full-time employees of the vendor; temporary or non-payroll labor is prohibited. The lead supervisor must have five years of experience managing similar moves. Vendors must self-perform all work without subcontracting any part of the project.
