Replace steam traps on the steam heat exchanger and flash tank (1 each of ¾” F&T trap and 1 each of ¾” inverted bucket trap). 6. Replace associated components including gate valves for isolation (2 each of 1” A105 800THR and 2 each of ¾” A105 8900THR), check valves (1 each NPT 800 A105 piston check & 2 each of ¾” NPT 800 A105 piston check), relief valve (1”x1” at 75 psi), pressure gauges (2 each of 0-100 psi, 4” face), and strainer (1 each of ¾” wye). 7. Provide all necessary electrical connections for new equipment. 8. Supply all required piping and coupling connections for new equipment, including schedule 80 pipe on the condensate side. 9. Provide all required consumables such as o-rings, gaskets, and seals for new equipment installation. 10. Conduct startup testing to ensure satisfactory installation and operational capability of new equipment and piping.
