Loose Fire Equipment Bid

The Black Jack Fire Protection District is seeking sealed bids for loose fire equipment to assist District personnel in fire suppression and water supply operations. Specifications can be acquired at the Fire District Administration Office located at 5675 North Highway 67, Florissant, Missouri, during the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM from Monday to Friday. All bids must be clearly marked as 'SEALED BID - Loose Fire Hose' and should be submitted to the Fire District Administration Office by 3:00 PM on May 4, 2026. The bids will be opened by the Board of Directors during their meeting on May 5, 2026, at the Fire District Administration Offices. The Black Jack Fire Protection District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive variations or formalities, and negotiate changes, additions, or deletions. They will select the bid that is in the best interest of the Fire District and are not obligated to accept the lowest bid. The District also reserves the right to extend the bid submission and opening deadlines and to purchase items as a whole or separately from various vendors.
