Background The United States Army Prime Power School (USAPPS) is responsible for training military personnel in the deployment, installation, operations, and maintenance of the Army's Prime Power Program (P3) power generation and distribution assets. This contract aims to provide academic training services in support of USAPPS, specifically for the 12P course which includes thirteen modules over an eight-month period. The goal is to prepare students, including Navy Seabees and Army personnel, to effectively manage complex electrical power generation and distribution systems. Work Details The contractor will provide qualified adjunct instructors/professors to deliver instruction for three classes per year. Each class will have a minimum of twelve students and a maximum of thirty-five, depending on military needs. Instruction will occur Monday through Friday from 0730 to 1630 hours with a one-hour lunch break. The training cycle consists of 525 hours total, divided among the following modules: - Mathematics (74 hours) - Applied Physical Concepts (98 hours) - Mechanical System Engineering (129 hours) - Electrical System Engineering (174 hours). Additionally, the contractor must conduct reinforcement training for students needing extra help during specified evening hours. An after-action report must be provided for each class detailing materials used and areas for improvement. The contractor is also responsible for maintaining course materials developed during this contract. Period of Performance The ordering period for the Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) is from April 26, 2026, through April 25, 2031. The first task order will be performed from April 27, 2026, to May 9, 2027. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.
