Warren AFB, Wyoming is conducting market research to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to provide cleaning services at 15 Launch Control Centers (LCC) and associated Launch Control Equipment Building (LCEB) on an as-needed basis. The goal of this contract is to establish one Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for cleaning services, with a focus on compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including OSHA and EPA standards. Work Details The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, transportation, and other items necessary for annual and unscheduled cleaning services. Key tasks include: 1. Annual deep cleaning of fifteen LCCs and LCEBs located in Wyoming, Colorado, and Nebraska. 2. Cleaning services must comply with OSHA regulations regarding worker safety and EPA regulations regarding disinfectants and sanitizers. 3. Cleaning schedules will be driven by operational and maintenance needs with a minimum of two weeks' notice provided for each site. 4. Services are to be performed during specified hours (7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) unless otherwise agreed upon; no services are required on Federal Holidays. 5. The contractor must ensure that all employees pass a security background check to access the sites due to their highly secure nature. Period of Performance The contract period of performance will be for a total of 5 years. Place of Performance The cleaning services will be performed at various counties in Wyoming, Colorado, and Nebraska.
