Background The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to procure services for Philips Patient Monitoring Equipment. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the patient monitoring systems at the Cheyenne VA Medical Center are maintained and supported according to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. This includes providing software support, clinical implementation services, and ensuring the equipment operates effectively to support the mission of the VA in providing quality healthcare to veterans. Work Details The contractor shall provide comprehensive software support, license entitlement, web-based application support, system patching, clinical implementation services, monitoring, reviews, and qualified personnel for on-site support of Philips patient monitoring equipment. Specific tasks include: 1. Providing all versions released by OEM for Philips IntelliVue Central Monitoring Solutions and related systems immediately upon release; 2. Offering application-based access and support for inventory, statistical data, and alerts related to Philips monitoring devices; 3. Conducting quarterly Operating System patching and coordinating additional updates as necessary; 4. Delivering onsite technical and clinical implementation services for full version upgrades; 5. Performing annual system health assessments and risk management evaluations; 6. Providing promotional services related to hardware associated with applicable software. Documentation for each service performed must include detailed maintenance procedures, technician details, service logs, equipment downtime, and descriptions of issues reported. Period of Performance The contract period begins on April 15, 2026, with options extending through April 14, 2031. Place of Performance Cheyenne VA Medical Center, located at 2360 East Pershing Boulevard, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001.
