This notice is issued by the U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC), Norfolk, VA to negotiate and award a sole-source acquisition to remove, replace, and renew U.S. Coast Guard Cutter ADELIE (WPB-87333) starboard shaft and propeller.
