Housing Rehabilitation Program

This notice is to inform contractors that sealed solicitations for a housing rehabilitation project will be opened on April 22, 2026, at 11 a.m. by Rehabco Inc., the Housing Rehabilitation Program Administrator for Bridgewater Township. The project involves work at a specified property, and all solicitations must be received or postmarked by April 29, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened at Bridgewater Town Hall, located at 100 Commons Way, Bridgewater, NJ. Contractors are required to comply with PL 1975 C.127 regarding equal opportunity employment and PL 1977 C.33 concerning corporate and/or partnership ownership. The Housing Rehabilitation Program Administrator reserves the right to reject any and all solicitations for any reason or to waive any informalities in the proposals received. Bid documents can be obtained at Rehabco's office at 44 East Water St., Toms River, NJ, or by contacting them at 732-477-7750 or via email at rehabco@aol.com. Bids must be submitted to Rehabco at the address provided, and they will be opened publicly on the specified date.
