Cellular Communication Attachment Rate and Contract Consulting Services

The Hamilton Township Municipal Utilities Authority is seeking Requests For Qualifications for Professional Service Contracts under a 'Fair' and 'Open' process. The selected respondent will provide consulting services related to the review, evaluation, negotiation, and recommendation of cellular communication attachment agreements, lease rates, and related telecommunications contracts involving Authority-owned facilities and infrastructure. This contract will be effective from June 11, 2026, until February 10, 2027, or until the Authority's reorganization in February 2027, whichever occurs first. RFP documents are available for review at the HTMUA Administrative Building located at 6101 Thirteenth Street, Ste 211, Mays Landing, NJ 08330, and can also be downloaded from the HTMUA website at www.htmua.com. All RFP submissions must be received by 10:00 AM on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at the HTMUA Administrative Office. Proposals received after this deadline will not be considered. Each submission must include one bound copy and one electronic version. The bound copy should be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled with the name of the Professional Service RFP. The electronic version must also be clearly labeled with the responding firm's name. It is recommended that proposals be hand-delivered to ensure timely receipt.
