Background The Table Rock Project Office, part of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Table Rock Lake Project, which serves multiple purposes including power generation and flood control. Work Details The contractor will provide a range of services including carpentry, painting, roofing, electrical work, plumbing, concrete work, and stonework. Specific tasks include: - Performing park repairs through service calls. - Meeting all response times as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). - Executing minor and major park repairs as directed by issued task orders. - Furnishing all necessary management, personnel, materials, tools, equipment, and vehicles to perform maintenance services as outlined in the PWS. - Developing a quality control program to ensure compliance with contract standards. - Conducting inspections of work performed and maintaining communication with government representatives regarding ongoing tasks. Period of Performance The contract will have a base year lasting eight months from the date of award, followed by four optional 12-month periods extending through January 2031.
