Summer Residential Roofing 2026

The Standing Rock Housing Authority (SRHA) is inviting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, disposal, and related services needed to complete residential roofing replacement work for SRHA homes located across up to 18 SRHA housing projects within the SRHA service area. The project generally involves removing existing roofing materials down to the roof deck, inspecting and replacing sheeting as needed, and installing a new steel roofing system and related components.
