Cedar Glen Lift Station Improvements

Sealed bids are being accepted for the construction of improvements to the Cedar Glen Lift Station for the City of Aurora, Missouri. The work involves renovating the existing facility, including the installation of new pumps, controls, and other improvements. Bids must be submitted to the City of Aurora at Aurora City Hall, located at 2 W Pleasant Street, Aurora, Missouri 65605, by 2:00 PM on April 28, 2026. After this time, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the same location. Bidders can examine copies of the plans and specifications at the office of Allgeier, Martin and Associates, Inc., Consulting Engineers, located at 7231 East 24th Street, Joplin, Missouri. To obtain digital plans and specifications, bidders should visit www.amce.com, navigate to the 'Plan Room' tab, and select the project. Each bidder must include a security deposit of five percent (5%) of their base bid with their submission, as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders are advised that they cannot withdraw their bids for sixty (60) calendar days following the bid opening date. For hard copies of the plans and specifications, a non-refundable fee of $50.00 per set is required, and these can be obtained from Allgeier, Martin and Associates, Inc.
