Loose Fire Equipment

The Black Jack Fire Protection District is inviting sealed bids for loose fire equipment that will assist District personnel in fire suppression and water supply operations. Specifications for the equipment can be obtained at the Fire District Administration Office located at 5675 North Highway 67, Florissant, Missouri, during the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. All bids must be clearly marked as 'SEALED BID - Loose Fire Hose' and should be mailed or delivered to the Fire District Administration Office by 3:00 PM on May 4, 2026. The bids will be opened by the Board of Directors during their meeting on May 5, 2026, at the Fire District Administration Offices. The Black Jack Fire Protection District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive variations or formalities, and to negotiate changes, additions, or deletions. The District is not obligated to accept the lowest bid but will choose the bid that is in its best interest. Additionally, the timeframe for submitting and opening bids may be extended at the District's discretion. The District may also choose to purchase items as a whole or separately from various vendors.
