Background The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, is seeking business sources for a service requirement entitled 'Lucky Peak Dam Water Quality Testing.' The goal of this contract is to ensure the quality of water at Lucky Peak Lake through systematic testing. This will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price Service Contract, with a focus on identifying capable businesses to fulfill this requirement. Work Details The Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform Water Quality Testing at Lucky Peak Lake. The specific tasks include: 1) Surface Water Quality Testing (E. Coli) bi-weekly from the Robie Creek shoreline access area, with laboratory tests performed by a state-certified lab; 2) Drinking Water Quality Testing (Coliforms) quarterly from one public drinking water system and two private wells, with results submitted to the COR within one day; 3) Yearly Nitrate testing during the second quarter; 4) Additional drinking water samples as needed upon request from the COR; 5) All tests must comply with Idaho State Code standards and results must be reported promptly to the COR and the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality. Period of Performance The contract will have a base period of 12 months starting from May 1, 2026, followed by four additional option periods of 12 months each. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at various locations within the USACE Lucky Peak Dam & Lake boundary located in Ada and Boise Counties, Idaho.
