Background The project is issued by the ROICC Camp Lejeune, which is part of the Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune in North Carolina. The mission of this contract is to repair flooring in Buildings RR631, RR633, and RR635, ensuring that the facilities meet operational standards and provide a safe environment for personnel. The goal of the contract is to restore and enhance the flooring conditions within these buildings. Work Details The contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment, and supervision required to accomplish the following tasks: 1. Remove all LVP flooring throughout Buildings RR631, RR633, and RR635. 2. Seal floors with Ardex floor sealer or a comparable product that meets or exceeds manufacturer specifications. 3. Install Tarkett Provence 2131 6”x 48” LVT or a comparable product that meets or exceeds manufacturer specifications. 4. Install Johnsonite Medium Gray wall base or a comparable product that meets or exceeds manufacturer specifications. Additionally, the contractor must prepare and protect personal property and government property during work execution. They are responsible for replacing any thresholds between carpet and other flooring as needed, removing existing flooring per manufacturer specifications, replacing disturbed vinyl wall bases, applying sealant before flooring installation, cleaning any overspray or spills from the work area, repairing areas damaged by new work, and properly disposing of all debris without using Camp Lejeune's dumpster. Place of Performance The construction projects will be performed at Buildings RR631, RR633, and RR635 located on Everett Creek Road at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
