PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE

This notice is not a request for quotes. The Distribution Management Office (DMO), Marine Corps Installations East (MCIEAST) Camp Lejeune, NC has a requirement for Personally Owned Vehicle (POV) Storage, in support of deployed service members. The contractor shall provide secure storage for up to 1,200 vehicles as well as occasional towing service when required. The requirement is for a base period of twelve (12) months and four (4) twelve-month option period to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. It is the Government's intention to issue a single firm fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 493190. The NAICS Industry Description is Other Warehousing and Storage. The Government will solicit and award this contract in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The Solicitation will be posted on or about fifteen (15) days after this posting and made available on the Contract Opportunities portal located at https://www.sam.gov/. It is the responsibility of the offeror to monitor the website for solicitation and any associated amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov/. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current within the SAM website and possess a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code).
