This solicitation is for a non-personal services contract to provide lawn maintenance in the Fort Peck Dam Area. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for mowing and trimming services, which include: 1. Mowing designated areas as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). 2. Trimming around obstacles and maintaining the aesthetic quality of the lawns. 3. Picking up trash and tree limbs within the mowing areas to ensure cleanliness and safety. The contractor must perform these tasks without exercising supervision or control over service providers, who will be accountable solely to the contractor. Period of Performance The contract will have a Base Year from May 1, 2026, through April 30, 2027, with active periods from May 1 to September 30 each year and inactive periods from October 1 to April 30 for five years including four option years.
