This solicitation is for a non-personal services contract to provide lawn maintenance at the Fort Peck Recreation Area. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for lawn mowing and trimming services at designated recreational areas within the Fort Peck Recreation Area. Specific tasks include: - Mowing and trimming grass - Picking up trash - Removing tree limbs in the mowing areas as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor must perform these services without exercising supervision or control over service providers, who will be accountable solely to the contractor. This is a fixed-price, performance-based service contract focused on desired outcomes rather than prescribed methods. Period of Performance The contract will have a Base Year from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027, with active periods from May 1 to September 30 each year and inactive periods from October 1 to April 30 for each option year.
