Background The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southwest (NAVFAC SW) is issuing an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Small Business Set-Aside Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for new construction, renovation, and repair of commercial and institutional construction projects at various government installations. The contract aims to support the agency's mission by ensuring timely and efficient construction services across its area of responsibility, which includes California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for a variety of construction tasks including: - New construction of commercial and institutional facilities. - Renovation and repair work on existing structures. - Projects may include but are not limited to: airport buildings, office/administrative buildings, communications facilities, vehicle maintenance facilities, barracks facilities, prison facilities, fire stations, religious buildings, hotels, dining facilities, hospital/medical facilities, warehouse facilities, school facilities, and retail facilities. - The contractor must demonstrate experience with projects having a construction cost of $5 million or more. - Specific requirements include submitting relevant project experience data sheets for both construction and design work. Place of Performance Construction projects will take place at various government installations within the NAVFAC SW area of responsibility including California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico.
