Summary

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The government intends to solicit and award this requirement on a Sole-Source basis with Walker Technical Company, Inc. The solicitation number N0018925QL066 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-02 (effective 03 January 2025) and DFARS Publication Notice 20250117 (effective 17 January 2025). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotations received by the closing response date. The Small Business Office agrees with this determination.
